This series evolved in a very organic way. About halfway through the pandemic a friend put Eileen in touch with an artist selling an etching press. When it arrived in her studio she followed an impulse to further examine her fascination with ladders and dresses. Ladders are for her symbolic of a quest for spiritual enlightenment. The Divine feminine manifests an interesting path for this quest.
